As of December 11th, Stella and Chewy’s pet food company, located in Wisconsin have recalled several of their products because of a Listeria monocytogenes bacteria.
The following products have been recalled from both the United States (964 cases) and Canada (26 cases):

Listeria can cause infections in both humans and animals (particularly if they are young, elderly, or have weak immune systems). An infection can in some cases prove fatal if not treated at once. Symptoms of listeria include: high fever, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and may also lead to stillbirths and miscarriages for pregnant females.
Customers who have purchases one of these products may return it for a full refund.
